Landlord criteria guide
Westfield Barricade Graphics Requirements (US)
Westfield's US malls are owned by Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW), which has said it will keep its flagship US centers. Barricade graphics (known as hoarding graphics in Canada) cover mall construction barricades with branded barricade wraps.
If you're opening at one, your barricade and graphics rules come from that center's tenant criteria and your lease.

URW's US tenant coordination website used to host property design guidelines. It stopped being active on May 31, 2026.
For criteria now, contact your Tenant Coordinator Project Manager. Or email ustcinquiries@urw.com and include the center name and your tenant name.
What to ask for
Ask your tenant coordinator:
- What are the barricade requirements for this center?
- How does the graphics approval process work?
- Are there any approved or required vendors?
- What are the install hours?
- What insurance does the installer need?
Keeping your opening on schedule
- Request the criteria as soon as the lease is signed.
- Submit artwork early. At most malls, landlord approval comes before printing.
- Book installation for after hours.
